The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) operates all services within Pearson International Airport. They face increased demand to refine and modernize its operations and services. This demand comes from travelers, but also airlines, the government, and increased international competition. We work proactively on-site to develop efficient telephony solutions.
Quartet Service was initially retained to completely overhaul the telephony system, where we brought in Cisco and Unity Systems and provided a pool of onsite technicians. We were subsequently retained to manage the system which has over 6,000 extensions. Quartet coordinates activities with the GTAA’s cabling vendors, hardware suppliers, and network providers.
