Since our President, Robert Bracey, bought Quartet in receivership in 2002, we have not had a single year of losses. In fact, the company has enjoyed regular growth averaging 16% year after year. From Day One you will be partnered up with an experienced Quartet-er to help you get comfortable in your new career. We know it will take some time to feel comfortable, but we ease that transition and encourage you to live our culture. Our 2-3 week Orientation Program includes job shadowing with team members from every department so you fully appreciate and understand everyone’s role. Mandatory book readings help set expectations about our exciting company. We spend 4 times the industry average on employee training, investing in you. Then, we want you to show us what you can do as part of the team!
What else makes Quartet tick? We offer 3 weeks’ vacation to start, and one day for each year you are with the company added on top.
