Training & Buddy System
From Day One you will be partnered up with an experienced Quartet-er to help you get comfortable. We know it will take some time, but we ease the transition and encourage you to live our culture. Our 2-3 week Orientation Program includes job shadowing with team members from every department, mandatory readings, and clear documentation to set expectations about our exciting company. We spend almost 4 times the industry average on employee training. Employee turnover is very low because Quartet is a great place to build a career in the industry you love.
Exciting Benefits
What else makes Quartet tick? We offer 3 weeks’ vacation to start and add one day each year.
