The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) operates all services within the Pearson International Airport premises. The GTAA faces increased demand to refine and modernize its operations and services. This demand comes not only from travelers, but also airlines, government, and increased international competition. Quartet was initially retained to completely overhaul the telephony system and provide a pool of onsite technicians. We were subsequently retained to manage, the system which has over 6,000 extensions.
