Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies
The Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies partnered with us to improve their infrastructure. As the organization grew, their in-house network equipment was aging, and costs were becoming unpredictable. OACAS wanted to stabilize their IT spending, while improving productivity. They turned to us for the depth and breadth of experience we have with virtualizing and remotely hosting resources. Moving to our platform was appealing to them, as they knew our servers are owned by us, and hosted in Ontario.
We designed a project schedule and migrated their servers to our secure, private hosted network – QBlock. They have used our network space for remotely-hosted Exchange mail services for the past two years. However, with cloud technology maturing, we recently migrated their messaging to Office 365. We are now engaged in all aspects of OACAS IT server activity, including:
- Consistent and timely resolution of issues by our Helpdesk,
- Telephony/VoIP investigation,
- Writing and adjudicating RFPs,
- Project management
