We usually work closely with in-house IT staff on special project teams and utilize our specialty service suppliers and manufacturer partners as required.

Pricing Models
We have a flexible pricing model that allows us to meet the pricing structure needs of our clients.
- Fixed Fee - We take the risk of completing on budget and the client has a predictable project cost
- Time and Material (T&M) - A flexible "pay as you go" model, based upon an hourly rate schedule. Additional long term discounting may be available for engagements over 3 months.
- T&M to a Maximum Upset - A flexible "pay as you go" model, with us taking the risk of a maximum cap
- Blended - A pricing model that can be used when a project includes multiple linkages (hardware, software, TS, PS, etc.) as part of our proposal. This pricing model takes all of the various linkages and adds their respective margins together, to allow for a competitive, cost-up pricing.
