Situation

One of our clients was preparing to move their 1200-seat office to a new location. Not an easy task, considering their network needed to be kept live during the moving process.

Solution

A team of our project managers and network engineers provided a full perspective of the project. This led to designing and implementing a new system architecture. The new system was more efficient, reduced circuit costs and helped identify future problems.

In addition, our staff improved their business continuity plan by augmenting it with our own expertise. This resulted in a better failsafe for possible disasters, keeping their systems up with very little to no downtime.

Our client was not only impressed by our technical expertise, but also by our fully variable basis billing.

Instead of being billed a set cost for the whole project, we were able to provide billing based on what technical skills were required and as a one-time cost. This provided “burstable” expertise, which allowed our client to get exactly what they needed when they needed it.
